The importance of National security has become increasingly digital and cyber security was highlighted by Erel N. Margalit , PHD,  chairman of the Israeli Parliament Cyber Security Task Force who explained the importance of cross-border communication at the Paris Technology conference.  As the digital world develops national security, as well as personal security,  has to be revised he explained to “win the shadow war”.
